The website andorradirectbus.es is owned by Autocares Julià SL, with Tax ID B08095390 / 914074-F and registered office at C/ Pablo Iglesias, 84, 08908 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), Spain, and by AUTOCARS NADAL, S.A., with Tax ID 914074-F and registered office at Avda. Tarragona, 44-46, AD500 Andorra La Vella, Principat d’Andorra (collectively “ADB”). Both are part of the Julià Group (“Julià Group”).
Julià Group is a group of companies with various lines of business and operations in Argentina, Mexico, the USA, Puerto Rico, and Andorra. The main mission of the Julià Group is to provide quality services with a clear commitment to citizen service, contributing to high-quality urban mobility and establishing itself as a reference in passenger transportation through efficient line management and resource optimization.
This legal notice (“Legal Notice”), along with the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), cookie policy (“Cookie Policy”), and general conditions (“General Conditions”), constitutes the applicable legal framework (collectively “Legal Terms”) that regulates the conditions of use of the websites of the companies that make up the Julià Group (collectively “Portals”).
The use of this Portal and any Julià Group company portal attributes the user (“User”) status to the person using it and implies express and full acceptance of the Legal Terms. The User agrees to use the Portals in accordance with the Legal Terms and the current legal regulations applicable at the time of use.
The Legal Terms are periodically updated, and the applicable terms are those in force and published at the time of Portal use. 2.1 Obligation to make proper use of Portals and Services

h. Impersonating another person or organization, using disrespectful or offensive language such as insults, threats, or comments that may offend the sensibilities of other users; or presenting, recommending, and/or quoting companies or websites and/or performing marketing or spam actions. Such content will be removed along with, if applicable, the accounts that carried out such actions.
The Julià Group reserves the right to remove any content that is disrespectful and/or violates the provisions of this section, as well as to exercise the appropriate legal actions.
2.2 Obligation to make proper use of Contents
The User agrees to use the content made available on the Portal, including, without limitation, texts, photographs, graphics, files, logos, images, icons, technology, software, and links; as well as the selection and presentation of materials included in it and other audiovisual or sound content, its software, graphic design, and the necessary source codes for its operation, access, and use (the “Contents”), in accordance with the law and the Legal Terms; and, in particular, the User shall refrain from:
a. Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, or otherwise publicly communicating, transforming or modifying, or performing any other form of exploitation, by any means, of all or part of the Contents, as well as its design and the selection and presentation form, unless expressly authorized by the Julià Group or the owner of the corresponding rights or unless legally permitted;
b. Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, sublicensing, or transmitting in any way, translating or creating derivative works of the computer programs necessary for the operation, access, and use of the Portal and the Services contained therein, as well as performing, with respect to all or part of such programs, any of the acts of exploitation described in the preceding paragraph. The Portal User must refrain, in any case, from deleting, altering, bypassing, or manipulating any protection device or security systems that may be installed on it.

3. Intelectual Property
The information disseminated on the Portals belongs to the Julià Group and its authors. The information disseminated on the Julià Group’s Portals, as well as its Contents, source code, design, navigation structure, databases, and various elements are owned by the Julià Group or its authors and are considered protected works in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law. They also fall under the scope of international treaties signed in this field. Therefore, they have the exclusive right to exploit in any form, especially reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation.
This Legal Notice does not transfer any rights to the User regarding any elements of the Portals or the Contents and personal services. Therefore, copying, public communication, distribution, marketing, or any other activity with a public purpose or use that can be carried out with the Contents of its Portals is prohibited.
The trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the Portals are owned by the Julià Group or have been published with the consent of their legitimate owners. Access to the Portals does not grant Users any rights over said trademarks, trade names, and/or distinctive signs.

In any case, the Julià Group assumes no responsibility for the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties that may be infringed by Users of the Portals or by any person outside the Julià Group.
4. Hyperlinks
The Portals may provide Users with technical link devices (such as links, banners, buttons) that allow access to web pages owned and/or managed by third parties (“Linked Sites”). The presence of Linked Sites has an informative purpose and in no case constitutes an invitation to contract products or services that may be offered on the destination website. In the event that the Julià Group becomes aware that the activity or information to which these links refer is illegal, constitutes a crime, or may harm the rights or interests of third parties that may be subject to compensation, it will act with the necessary diligence to remove or disable the corresponding link as soon as possible.
The Julià Group does not offer or market, either directly or through third parties, the information, content, and services available on Linked Sites, nor does it control them in advance, approve, recommend, monitor, or endorse them. The Julià Group does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for damages of any kind that may be due to:
a. The operation, availability, accessibility, or continuity of the Linked Sites;
b. The maintenance of information, content, and services existing on Linked Sites;
c. The provision or transmission of information, content, and services existing on Linked Sites;

Given that the Julià Group has no control over the content hosted on such channels, the User acknowledges and accepts that the Julià Group assumes no responsibility for the content or services that may be accessed on such pages, nor for any content, products, services, advertising, or any other material available on them. Therefore, Users must exercise caution in assessing and using the information, content, and services available on Linked Channels, as well as the information of their own or third parties that they want to share on such channels.
The introduction of hyperlinks for commercial exploitation on portals other than those of the Julià Group that allow access to the Portals without the authorization of the Julià Group is expressly prohibited. The existence of such links does not imply the existence of commercial relationships with the owner of the website where the hyperlink is established, nor acceptance by the Julià Group.
5. Modifications
JULIÀ GROUP reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications, expansions, or temporarily suspend the presentation, configuration, technical specifications, and services of the Portal unilaterally. It also reserves the right to modify at any time the Legal Terms that, in relation to the Portal, have been or may be made available to Portal Users.
6. Disclaimer
The Julià Group does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Portals, nor that it is free of errors. Where reasonably possible, the Julià Group will give prior notice of interruptions in the operation of the Portal. 7. Data Protection

8. Applicable Legislation
The Legal Terms are governed in all respects by Spanish law. The Parties agree that any dispute, discrepancy, issue, or claim arising from the execution or interpretation of these Legal Terms of the Web will be definitively resolved through arbitration within the framework of the Arbitration Court of the Barcelona Bar Association, which is entrusted with the administration of the arbitration and the appointment of arbitrators in accordance with its Regulations and Statutes. Likewise, the parties expressly state their commitment to comply with the arbitration award that is issued. The arbitration award will be final and binding on the Parties, who will accept it without conditions.
As a subsidiary measure, and if necessary, the Parties submit, with the express waiver of any jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, both parties will do everything reasonably necessary to try to resolve conflicts amicably.
