Both value your trust as a User and your privacy, and for this reason, they explain below how your data is treated. Unless otherwise stated in this Policy, all capitalized terms used have the meanings given to them in the General Conditions applicable to the sale of Tickets.
1. Who is Responsible for processing your Data?
The data controller for the sale of Tickets in Andorra is AUTOCARS NADAL, S.A. with VAT number 914074-F and registered office at Avda. Tarragona, 44-46. AD500 Andorra La Vella. Principat d’Andorra; and decides the purpose for which your personal data is used in this case. The data controller when the Purchase is made from Spain will be AUTOCARES JULIÀ S.L. with VAT number B08095390 / 914074-F and registered office at C/ Pablo Iglesias, 84 08908 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona) Spain (together, “ADB”).

2. What Data does ADB process?
Personal data (“Data” or “Data”) is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”). The Data that ADB processes comes from the information that you, as a User, provide when filling out the forms on the Web, when browsing it, when buying tickets through the Web, and/or when sending us your queries or information requests.
In each form, ADB indicates the contact data that is mandatory to be able to address your query or request with an asterisk. 4. What is the Legal Basis for processing your Data?
ADB may carry out the processing for the purposes described above on the following legal bases:
The legal basis for the processing of your Data for registration on the portal and the purchase and/or management of Tickets is the execution of the contract and compliance with legal obligations. Please note that, if you are a purchaser of Tickets, ADB may also send you communications based on your legitimate interest, and offer you offers and news that may be of interest to you. Likewise, you may receive commercial communications from entities of Grupo Julià if you have given your consent.
The legal basis for processing your Data for contacting ADB or sending commercial communications when subscribing to the newsletter is the consent you have given through registration in the corresponding forms. In some cases, the processing of your Data when you contact ADB may be based on the execution of pre-contractual measures if they are necessary to address the query.

5. How long will your Data be retained?
Your Data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, specifically:
a. Regarding user registration and account management, ADB will keep your data for the time necessary until you delete your profile from the portal, and subsequently, they will remain blocked during the legally foreseen retention periods or prescription periods.
b. In relation to the purchase and sale of Tickets and the management thereof, your Data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the management and will subsequently be kept blocked for the legally stipulated retention periods or statute of limitations.
c. Regarding the sending of communications, your Data will be processed until you revoke your consent, object to the processing, and/or request the deletion of your Data, up to a maximum of two years.
d. Regarding the Data you provide to ADB to make inquiries or contact, the Data will be processed as long as it is necessary to respond to your inquiry or request, as well as, where appropriate, during the time necessary to address possible claims or inquiries from you.
e. Regarding web navigation data, until you revoke your consent and for a maximum period of 14 months. In any case, information about web traffic is periodically deleted, so ADB will keep only anonymized statistical usage data (without user identification).
Once the Data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, it will remain blocked solely for the purpose of addressing any liability or obligations that may arise from the processing.
6. To which recipients will your Data be communicated?
Your Data may be communicated to service providers who assist ADB in carrying out its activities, such as IT tools, technical support services, payment providers, marketing tools, etc. Additionally, we may share data with commercial/collaborating entities within the group if you have provided consent.
Some of the mentioned service providers may have processing and/or support centers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
